Poster session presentation

For on-site presenters:

Poster presenters on-site will be expected to stay at the poster site during the poster session.
Posters should match the poster boards in size, which will be 150 cm high and 100 cm wide (A0 format)
All materials to be displayed should be prepared in advance by the presenter. On-site printing is not available. Each poster will be assigned a number and must be mounted onto the accordingly numbered board.
You can check the number by referring to the printed or on-line program once it is posted.

Due to the hybrid configuration of the conference, the on-site poster presenters are asked for an additional task: Prepare a 2 minutes video to upload it on the platform for all virtual attendees. This video will be a short presentation of the poster content and can be divided in several slides.

The local committee propose to mount a on-site poster to allow attendees to see all posters in the session room. So it is also asked to on-line presenters to prepare their poster in a PDF file and send it to the organizing committee before the 19th of August 2021. The poster will be printed and displayed in the poster room by organizers.
